Last updated: 2 October 2026. This privacy notice covers WhatSizeStorage.co.uk and information processed to deliver the website.
Calculator inputs
Storage quantities, custom dimensions and results are processed in your browser. Our calculator does not transmit them to a server. No name, postcode, email, account or booking details are requested.
Optional local saving
If you select “Remember this plan on this device”, the browser saves the inventory and settings in local storage under storage-sizing-plan-v1. It stays until you reset, untick saving or clear browser data. Other users of the same browser may be able to see it. Do not include personal or confidential information in item names.
Hosting and security
The initial hosting platform is GoHighLevel and its delivery infrastructure. Visiting any hosted page sends normal technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time to the hosting service. This is separate from calculator inputs. The purpose is to deliver and protect the website; our lawful basis where applicable is legitimate interests in running a secure, usable site. Hosting retention is governed by the platform’s operational policies; we do not hold a separate visitor log database.
Advertising and optional cookies
Advertising and analytics are not currently activated by this site’s code. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may process identifiers and device information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention under the choices presented by a Google-certified consent platform. We will update this notice and the cookie policy to match the actual configuration.
Read how Google uses information and our cookie policy. Optional advertising storage must not be activated before the applicable consent choice.
External links and transfers
External sites have their own privacy policies. GoHighLevel and contact or advertising services may process data outside the UK; their applicable safeguards and service notices govern those transfers. No calculator inventory is sent to them by this tool.
Your rights
Depending on the information and lawful basis, you may have rights to access, correct or erase data, restrict or object to processing, portability and withdraw consent. Browser-only plans can be erased immediately using Reset everything. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
